Swinging in the hammock by the waves, relaxing in the hot tub, roasting marshmallows, and reading in the cupola made for a perfect weekend. As soon as I walked in the house and looked straight through the back wall of windows out onto the lake, I felt like I was on vacation. I even had a view of the lake from my upstairs bedroom window! I enjoyed my morning coffee on the deck, watching the waves come in. I explored the nature trails just a mile down the road - perfect for running or walking. I would definitely come back to soak in the peace and quiet next to the lake, and check out more of Door County.”
